A simple application so I can understand where you are and confirm this is the right fit. Then we have a short conversation — not a sales call, a real one. If it's a yes, you're in.

Weekly group calls. A private community. Access to the full Operant Power framework — audios, curriculum, tools. And direct access to me.

You move through the three phases at your pace
Excavate → Alchemise → Activate. Some move fast. Some need to sit in a phase longer. The container holds all of it. There is no falling behind in Diamond.

Month-to-month — stay as long as you need
One month minimum. No year-long lock-in unless you want it. You'll know when the work has shifted you into the next chapter. Most people stay longer than they planned — because the evolution doesn't stop.

How is this different from a course or a group program?

What if I only need one month?
